Sheffield City Region: The Provision of Global Innovation Corridor Mobilisation Plan

We wish to commission a mobilisation plan, which not only sets out the strategic and economic rationale for the GIC, but also an action plan for a number of currently separate but complimentary workstreams which, if brought together under the guiding strategic narrative of the GIC, will help to realise the City Region's aspirations.
