International Comparisons of Heating, Cooling and Heat Decarbonisation Policies

The project sits within a wider scheme of work being undertaken by BEIS to consolidate and review the evidence base relating to different approaches to decarbonising heat, strengthen our capability to model and assess the impacts of those approaches, and better understand the barriers, risks and uncertainties involved.
