Capital Works Consultants Framework
The Royal Borough of Kensington & Chelsea is proposing to place a four year consultants framework agreement to support its housing capital investment programme. It is intended that the frameworks will commence in December 2019 in sufficient time to deliver the capital programme commencing financial year 2020/2021.
