West Lancashire Borough Council - Community Grants - Independent Living

Background Following a review of its support to voluntary organisations, the Council is supporting services to improve independent living (elderly, young families, vulnerable, veterans, residents with disabilities) and their families within the Borough through the provision of a Grant.
