Learning Disability Accommodation Framework (ROSE) Richmond and Wandsworth Council

London Boroughs of Richmond and Wandsworth (the "Councils") intend to set up a framework agreement for the provision of Residential, Outreach, Supported Living and Emergency (ROSE) Accommodation-based services across Richmond and Wandsworth.
