Delivering Care and Support with resident tenancies

This is not an invitation to tender. We are looking to have a discussion with a CQC-registered provider who has a care home within the London Borough of Newham (which already has planning permission), about an innovative approach to delivering care and support to meet residential-level needs with resident tenancies.
