Masonry Repairs To Beetwell Street Multi-storey Car-park for Chesterfield Borough Council

The project is to carry out masonry repairs to defective masonry cladding to the Beetwell MSCP. The carpark is a multi-storey 7-storey (14 split level deck) reinforced concrete frame structure that is clad in brickwork. This brickwork has been identified as being defective due to the lack of movement joints and differential movements occurring between the concrete structure and the masonry.
