External legal advice (including disbursements) in connection with the registration of new Bank trademarks, and geographical extension of protection for some of the Bank's existing trade marks. Additional information: The contract end date is not definitive; as this is a legal retainer, the contract does not have a fixed term as it will depend on the duration of each trademark registration case.
