Flat Entrance Door Replacement Programme, Minerva Estate (Flatted Blocks)

The Employer, Tower Hamlets Community Housing (THCH), wishes to undertake replacement works to circa 250Nr front entrance flat doors (FED's) over, 11Nr, medium rise block on the Minerva Estate in Tower Hamlets. In addition, THCH is offering a buy in scheme to leaseholder properties within the blocks which are included within the pricing document. The project will include all associated works such as relocating services which may be installed through door frames etc as well as removing and re-fixing security gates....
