GB-Abingdon: STEP Project Controls Framework - Transition and Embedding Support

The STEP programme is entering a critical transition period as it moves from framework development into Implementation and live including onboarding of the Construction Partner (CP) and standing up Integrated Project Teams (IPTs) by September 2026.
