Huntingdonshire District Council - Brokerage Service or Framework Contract to manage gas

Huntingdonshire District Council are seeking a company to provide brokerage for the council sites requiring gas and detail any additional services and related costs that the brokerage will be providing, for example, bill validation, reporting/investigation of consumption anomalies.
