Herefordshire Council is looking to appoint a design consultant to further develop upon the feasibility studies completed for the rebuilding of Peterchurch Primary School, Herefordshire, on the existing site and to complete a RIBA Stage 3 design report in anticipation of a planning application being submitted subject to internal approvals.
