The Jubilee Academy Re-Roofing Works

The Jubilee Academy is an Alternative Provision Secondary School for students aged 11 to 16 years, with a capacity for 85 students. The School have been in full occupation of the building since September 2016. The tiled roof covering to Jubilee Academy is around 30-35 years old and now at the end of its design life. As such, the roof covering is proposed to be fully replaced to achieve a 25 year warranty for the works and materials.
