Digital Discovery - NHS Health Check - Remote delivery of biometric measures

Southwark Council would like to understand how feasible it is to deliver the NHS Health Check assessment using technology to support remote delivery. In order to this we would like to better understand how feasible and acceptable it is to carry out the assessment's biometric measures (such as cholesterol blood tests) in a person's home or community.
