Refurbishment of the Blue Room stepped corridor

The works comprise minor demolitions of 3 number small offices and refurbishment of the floor, wall and ceiling finishes to create a small informal learning space for students .The works include minor structural alterations, adaptations to heating system and additional power , data and new lighting.
