Child Weight Management Programme

The London Borough of Brent are seeking to commission a service provider to deliver a Tier 2 Child Weight Management service for children and young people aged 5 to 18. The service will be a holistic healthy lifestyle programme for children and young people who live, attend school or have a GP in Brent.
