Alexandra Park Primary - installation of liquid coating on top of existing flat roof deck. Replacement/ decoration of rooflights and some fascia, soffits & rainwater goods. Minor repairs to pitched roof where tiles have slipped/ have been damaged. Westmorland Primary - replacement of numerous pitched roofs & installation of liquid coating on top of existing flat roof deck - inclusive of new insulation. Infilling a number of windows. Replacement/ decoration of rooflights and some fascia, soffits & rainwater goods.
