Shepway District Council ('the Council') is seeking tenders from suitable contractors to carry out Enforcement Agent Services (Parking) under a concession contract in the District of Shepway, Kent. The proposed contract term is 2+2+2 years, and is anticipated to commence on 1st April 2016.
