Decarbonisation of NCC Estate - Building Contractor

To achieve Norfolk County Council's Net zero commitment date of 2030, the Council is embarking on a programme of decarbonisation of its estate. Initially we are focusing on retrofit of sites with fossil heating systems, which will almost exclusively be replaced with Air Source Heat Pumps (ASHPs), with associated retrofit works.
