Provision of Family Help and Support Services

This service aims to support families at a Family help level in order to improve outcomes for children and young people aged 0-19 years living in the Children's Services district of Eden. The Provider shall deliver services to satisfy the following outcomes: Children and young people are supported to access services at the point of need and are protected from harm, isolation, bullying and social exclusion.
