19-14 External Relations Management Services

The University of Wolverhampton is seeking to establish a framework of suppliers for the provision of External Relations Management services. The requirement is split into three (3) lots. Bidders can apply for more than one Lot. Lot 1 - Media Buying and Creative will be awarded to a single supplier.
