Thirteen New Build Development Framework - works value over £7.5 Million

Thirteen Housing Group wishes to procure a framework agreement pursuant to which it is envisaged thatcontracts will be let to contractors within the framework for the provision of a range of new buid developmentsfor works value over £7.5 million. The tender also includes the pricing of a scheme at Roworth Road, Middlesbrough, it is envisaged that this contract will be awarded to the ranked number of the successfulcontractors.
