Library preparation and sequencing of RNA extracted from cowpea (Vigna unguiculata)

The University is inviting tenders on the terms set out in this ITT for the provision of an RNA sequencing service, to include quality control checking of provided samples and library preparation for 1338 samples extracted from leaves of cowpea (Vigna unguiculata).
