Public Toilet refurbishment with Changing Places facility

Oswestry Town Council are asking companies to submit their tender application for Alterations and Improvements to English Walls Public Toilets. Oswestry Town Council have carried out the design stage of this project to make alterations to the current public toilet building to also allow the installation of a changing places facility.
