GB-CHELMSFORD: Roof and Gutter Cleaning and Maintenance

Chelmsford City Council is seeking to appoint a Contractor to provide planned preventative maintenance and cleaning of roof, guttering and associated rainwater goods at several Council premises located in Chelmsford and South Woodham Ferrers, Essex. The Contractor will also be required to respond to reactive call outs for additional cleaning and minor repairs when required.
