Southend-on-Sea Borough Council is inviting proposals from suitably qualified and experienced organisations to deliver a Public Awareness and Risk assessment service. We are looking to support an innovative, accessible service whereby five hundred people complete a validated questionnaire to assess their risk of diabetes.
