Gullies & Manholes Reinstatement

On behalf of the SMP Alliance working with National Highways we (Balfour Beatty Civil Engineering Ltd) require gully and manhole reinstatement between the M3 J9-14. Providers will be required to have the capacity to deliver works in the Southern Region, Winchester to Southampton.
