Cheltenham Borough Council are proposing to carry out recovering of an area of existing flat roofing over the bar kitchen and toilets to the rear of Pittville Pump Rooms, a grade 1 listed building, with an applied liquid coating waterproofing system and the replacement of 9 skylights.
