Provision of Filming for the Mountbatten Festival of Music

This is a Voluntary Transparency Notice only to advise of the intention to award a contract for filming at the Mountbatten Festival of Music in March 2020 to Standby Television and New Media. As the event is subject to a high level of security, the supplier must hold the required security clearances and be on the BBC and Royal Albert Hall list of cleared and assured suppliers to ensure there is no delay in establishing a contract.
