Delivery of Horspath Sports Park

Oxford City Council (“the Council”) are seeking a partner organisation to deliver a brand new multi-sportscomplex on Horspath Road in Oxford. The successful partner is asked to submit a proposal on how they woulddesign, build operate and manage the facilities.
