GB-Watford: Winter Shelter - Homeless Severe Weather Protocol

Watford Borough Council is seeking to provide emergency accommodation for rough sleepers, between 1st December 2024 and 31st March 2026, as a response to winter and severe weather. The Council requires the Provider to facilitate a winter night shelter with the following specification: -Accommodation from 1st December 2024 to 31 March 2025 and for the following winter.
