Provision and operation of homeless, health & housing hub in central Bournemouth

BCP Council is looking for an operator to run a Homeless, Health & Housing Hub (Hub). The Hub will be for homeless people in the BCP Council area. Homeless in this context is anyone sleeping out in the BCP Council area, and anyone temporarily or insecurely accommodated in the BCP Council area.
