Kennelling of Dogs

A contract for the kenneling of dogs to enable The Council to abide by its statutory duty under the Environmental Protection Act 1990 ('the Act') - to collect and detain stray dogs on public (and private with owners consent) land. This duty is regardless of whether they are wearing a collar or disc, or have been microchipped.
