Condition Testing / Inspection of Licensed Hackney Carriages and Private Hire Vehicles

The Borough Council of Wellingborough is obliged to have inspection and testing facilities in place for licensed hackney carriage and private hire vehicles, and it is intended to award a contract for the provision of this service. The initial contract period will be for two years, with an option to extend this by 12 months at the sole discretion of the Council.
