North Staffordshire CCG and Stoke on Trent CCG - Integrated Urgent Care Centre and GP Out of Hours Service

North Staffordshire and Stoke on Trent CCGs have undertaken the design of a new service model for an Integrated Urgent Care Centre inclusive of a GPOOH provision for the population of Northern Staffordshire; this is in line with best practice nationally and aims to reduce the number of admissions into acute services.
