This contract is for the replacement of of the central boiler plant of an 18 property community boiler. The Hunsdon Close buildings consist of 3 No. blocks each containing 18 flats over 3 floors. The plant room is located at first floor in the middle block. The buildings were constructed in the late 1970's early 1980's of brick construction with solid concrete floors.
