Early Help Targeted Support Mentoring Service

Bath and North East Somerset require a mentoring service to be a key part of the local Early Help and Intervention offer providing support for young people as soon as needs are identified offering the right help at the right time to improve young people's outcomes and to prevent them escalating and requiring statutory intervention.
