Binned Waste Programme - 'Composition and Weight Project'

This project is part of a wider Binned Waste Programme commissioned by Defra. The programme aims to provide data to evaluate and underpin a binned waste Fees and Payments Calculator model that is in development by Defra to determine the costs for LAs management of binned packaging waste.
