Referral Management Service - South Nottinghamshire CCGs

The aim of the service is to provide a referral management service for the following specialties:- Nottingham North and East CCG Practices: Ophthalmology; Dermatology Nottingham West CCG Practices; Ophthalmology; Dermatology (minimal activity) It will include the administrative aspects for referrals which will be subject to a clinical triage.
