GB-Cromer: PROC043 Refurbishment of Beach Chalets

North Norfolk District Council currently manages 93 chalets in their coastal resorts. The chalet are varying in age and basic construction, with no installation, little ventilation, single glazed and in most cases no electricity. We are now looking to start a programme of refurbishment/improvements and upgrades to the chalets.
