Soft Market Test - Local Crisis and Prevention Fund Emergency Payment Pre-paid Cards

Bristol City Council is conducting a soft market test exercise to inform a potential tender for prepaid cards for the Council's Local Crisis and Prevention Fund Emergency Payment Scheme. The overall aim of the scheme is to provide financial assistance to those in greatest need.
