GB-Rickmansworth: Decarbonisation Consultancy support for William Penn Leisure Centre

Expressions of Interest (EOI) are invited to support the council to create a business case for the installation of a heat-pump, and other connected decarbonisation projects, at William Penn Leisure Centre.
