National Highways is procuring technical consultancy services to undertake a feasibility study to improve our understanding of how we can use technology solutions to improve travel demand management (TDM) across the strategic and local authority road network. This will help shape our future decision-making on how we can further support and contribute to the development, deployment and integration of technology solutions that will support the effective implementation of TDM strategies.
