Homelessness Visiting Support Service

Medway Council Strategic Housing working with Medway Public Health is looking to appoint for 6 months a Visiting Support Service. This service is expected to support people formerly sleeping rough who have been placed into accommodation by way of Medway Council's Covid-19 response exercise.
