The Council is inviting experienced Managing Agent / Block Management companies to tender for the provision of block management service to manage communal spaces, external areas and undertake other management company functions. Additional information: The contracting authority considers that this contract may be suitable for economic operators that are small or medium enterprises (SMEs).
