EBC DP Walton-on-Thames feasibility study - AWARD

Elmbridge Borough Council is seeking the services of a consultant to complete a feasibility study, with view of assessing the potential for a Business Improvement District in Walton-on-Thames (W-O-T). The study should include partnership, location review, financial analysis, consultation and issues, regulations, advice on the development and campaign phase, future resources and costs, and a final report including a presentation.
