Chichester District Council - ‘Well Balanced’ falls prevention programme

Chichester Wellbeing is looking to commission sustainable activities that support behaviour change in those with increased risk of developing cardiovascular disease and cancer, as part of the countywide Prevention and Wellbeing Programme.
