The council wishes to invite applications for funding for the Adult Skills Programme 2024 / 2025. The Adult Skills Programme must meet the needs of the diverse population of the area and tackle some of the challenges Sandwell faces whilst recovering from the effects of the Covid-19 pandemic, in particular in increasing employability, up-skilling and employment support targeted at communities in greatest need.
