IRM22/7603 - The Supply of spares in support of Yamaha Quad Bike (Grizzly WFM450) CF

Babcock Land Defence Ltd, acting as agent for the UK Ministry of Defence has awarded has awarded a 4 year Framework Agreement, using the Negotiated Procedure Without Prior Publication pursuant to Regulation 32(2)(b)(ii) of the PCR Contracts Regulations 2015 to Yamaha Motor Europe Ltd, on the basis that, Yamaha Motor Europe Ltd, in its capacity as Design Authority, are the sole manufacturer of spares, components and associated items for the Yamaha Quadbike and will only supply direct to the UK Ministry of Defence.
