The purpose of this Prior Information Notice (PIN) is for market testing to ensure there are a number of suitably qualified and experienced providers interested in this opportunity when it is tendered. Radian requires a contractor to provide fire risk assessments (FRAs) in compliance with the Regulatory Reform (Fire Safety) Order 2005.
